What I Do
I specialise in designing innovative solutions to so-called “boring” problems. Demystifying confusing product data, intimidating specification tables, and complex financial transaction information is not glamorous work. But I believe designing solutions to complex user problems is inherently rewarding, regardless of the industry.

What I Offer
I’m more than a UX designer.
My cross-functional skill set and content strategy background give me a unique understanding of the symbiotic relationship between design and content and the ability to create quality written and visual content. I have an extensive record of working with leadership at large and small organisations to influence high-level business strategy and drive organisational innovation.
